We also offer large signature collections of over 2000 products for all key celebrations in India, including both domestic (Rakhi, Diwali, Bhaidooj ,etc) and international (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc) festivals.

Refunds

For Courier Products: For broken, damaged or wrong products, you can ask for a replacement, which will take 3 - 5 days to be re-delivered at the recipient's address.* For "Hand Delivered Products (flowers & cakes): There are no replacements allowed as the products are perishable. In case of damaged, wrong product, missing or bad quality products, you can ask for a replacement, which will be done within 24 hours.*

1. For Couriered Products:

If you don't like the product, you can notify us within 10 days from the date the order is delivered. In case of returns, the refund will work in the following manner:

  1. For broken, damaged or wrong products, you can either ask for a refund to your card, wallet or account which you originally used to make the payment. Or you can ask for an solflos gift voucher which you can use on solflos for a period of up to 12 months. In either case, we will process the refund or issue the gift voucher (GV) within 24 hours. The complaint needs to be supported by a picture of the product.
  2. For products in good condition, if you want to return them because you didn't like them, you will be refunded the full amount ONLY in the form of solflos Gift Vouchers which will be valid only for a period of up to 12 months.
  3. Personalized products are Non-Returnable.

solflos.in is NOT liable to compensate in any form for any "Couriered" order in the following cases: If the complaint is made after 10 days of the delivery date. If the products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender. Unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient not being available at the address provided by the sender at the time of delivery. If the recipient refuses to accept the product.

2. For "Hand Delivered Products (flowers & cakes):

There are no returns allowed as the products are perishable. However, in case of damaged, wrong product, missing or bad quality products, please reach out to us on +917984595784 or write to us at support@solflos.in and we will provide the most appropriate solution by replacing or compensating for the error by refunding or issuing an solflos gift voucher which you can use on solflos for a period of up to 12 months. In either case, we will process the refund or issue the gift voucher (GV) within 24 hours. solflos.in is NOT liable to compensate in any form for any "Hand delivered" order in the following cases: If the complaint is made after 48 hours of the delivery time. If the products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender. Unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient not being available at the address/not contactable provided by the sender at the time of delivery. If the recipient refuses to accept the product. In the above-mentioned scenario's, the order would be marked as attempted and request for reattempt or refund/cancellations would not be accepted. In case of any complaints we would require an image of the product delivered to be sent across to us to investigate the complaint

Payment

No, we do not provide COD option for a simple reason that the sender of the gift (who buys the gift & is responsible for the payment) is invariably different from the recipient of the gift.

Solflos provides a wide variety of payment options ranging from cards to wallets. Below is a complete list of payment options that you can use at Solflos: Credit cards: We accept all credit cards including Visa, Master, Maestro & American Express. We also accept all domestic & international credit cards Debit cards: We accept all debit cards including Visa, Master & Maestro. We also accept all domestic & international debit cards Internet banking: We accept net banking payments for all domestic accounts. We do not have net banking facility for international accounts. No, we provide net-banking option for only domestic accounts in India.

No you cannot apply the discount code after paying. The discount coupon code or the gift voucher needs to be applied at the time of checkout in the ‘Order Summary' section. Once the payment is made, the discount code cannot be applied against the same order.

In rare instances when you have made the payment and have not received an order confirmation email within 24hours, please call our customer care at +917984595784. We will help you with the order. We will either refund your money or create an order for you, whichever you prefer. In case you are not able to call us, please write to us at solflos.online@gmail.com.

Order Tracking and Delivery

We provide several delivery options depending on the location and the gift item. For flower & cakes, we provide same day delivery (if ordered before 6pm), fixed time delivery (1 hours slot, needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance) & midnight delivery (needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance). For other gift items, you can choose a tentative date of delivery and we will try to deliver around that date. For regular pincodes, we ship our products through premier courier partners like DHL, Blue Dart, FedEx, etc and we are able to deliver our products within 2-5 business days in India and within 4-7 business days internationally. For remote locations, we use sovereign courier partners which may take up to 10-12 days for delivery.

You can check the exact delivery times for each product on its product page before placing the order. In general, for regular pin codes, we deliver our orders in 30 minutes or on the same day, or within 2-5 business days in India, and within 4-7 business days in other countries. Remote locations may require longer delivery times, and it may take up to 10-12 business days to deliver orders to remote pin codes.

For most of our products, we provide free shipping for standard delivery within India. For enhanced delivery options in India (midnight delivery etc), we charge a nominal fee. You can check the shipping charges & delivery time for all items on their product pages.

No, all the items in your order may not arrive on the same day. We ship our items from different locations directly to your delivery address. As a result, items shipped from the same warehouse or the same vendor reach together whereas items coming from different locations or different vendors may be come separately. During the checkout, at the ‘'Order Summary' section, you will be able to see in how many shipments will your order be split.

You can track your order either using the Track Order link or your My Account section. The links for both our available at the top right hand side of the home page.

Currently, there is no tracking link available for Flowers & Cakes orders. We are working on the same and will soon start providing a tracking option for the same. For now, you will have to write to us at solflos.online@gmail.com or call our customer care at +917984595784 to check the status of your order.

Cancellation

Order with personalized/customized products or perishable products including flowers and cakes, won't be cancelled once it is processed. Your order with standard products can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched. We usually process all orders within a couple of hours of it being placed, and dispatch on the same day. So, in case you would like to cancel the order, please get in touch with us at the earliest. You can call our customer care at +917984595784. You can also write to us at solflos.online@gmail.com. In case of legitimate cancellations, we will process your refund within 24 hours of cancellation.

We don't allow partial cancellations of the order. If your order is not dispatched, you can fully cancel the order and place a new one. If your order is already dispatched, then you cannot cancel the order.
